From the iconic to the everyday, the random to the revolutionary, the beautiful to the bat shit crazy, Tim will explore the moments that define who we are with the just the aid of a clicker and some slides.

About Lawson Flats

Lawson Flats is a new style of social club, designed especially for creatively-minded members, located in one of Perth’s last remaining art deco jewels. Set over three floors, with views over the Derbarl Yerrigan, the venue (previously home to the Karrakatta Club, the first womens-only club in Australia) has recently undergone a full refit and refurbishment, launching in its contemporary form, in February 2023. With the team behind the restoration of the State Buildings heading up the project, alongside sumptuous interior architecture from Ohlo Studio, the spaces are full of bespoke and vintage furniture, commissioned artworks and lush greenery. Lawson Flats includes a (publicly accessible) art gallery, plus a members-only gym, lounge, meeting room(s), sauna, restaurant and bar. Lawson Flats has been imagined to offer members a third-space, somewhere between home and work — where health and hedonism, work and play, sit side-by-side.
