Shipping policy

BOOKS - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 
Standard domestic shipping in Australia is $10.00 flat rate or $15 Express (all orders over 1kg are automatically charged Express Shipping).  International shipping $19.00. 

SHOWS - Booking fee is $7.50. No physical tickets are shipped, you are sent QR coded tickets as well as your name and number of tickets will be on the guest list at the door of the show. Address details and show details will be sent in an event reminder email the week of the show. Any queries email shelley@timross.com.au
